Job summary

GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead daily accounting operations across multiple manufacturing locations. You will oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, and financial reporting, partnering with operations to turn data into actionable insights for profitability and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 5+ years in manufacturing finance, and 2+ years of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting principles and costing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with job order costing and inventory valuation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflows for the finance team and conduct talent development.
• Manage & streamline month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Oversee cost accounting functions to improve product margin visibility.
• Collaborate closely with Operations teams to identify opportunities for improved business performance.
• Participate in the preparation of financial reporting packages.
• Participate in budget processes & financial planning support.
• Key collaborator in external audits and government compliance.
