Job summary

High5 is seeking a production supervisor to oversee two portable plants in Colorado Springs, ensuring uninterrupted supply and timely delivery. You will work with the Plant Manager and hourly workforce to boost efficiency while enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating plan activity, submitting Capex-related projects, and managing SAP inventory, with a focus on maintaining safety and communication with supervisors and customers.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership; strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates plant activities including equipment maintenance.
• Supports timely and efficient production schedules.
• Investigates abnormal events and equipment failures and makes repairs.
• Performs daily plant inspections.
• Ensures compliance with safety, policy, and laws.
• Analyzes operational data and optimizes operating areas.
• Oversees site safety for all personnel.
• Maintains documentation of operations and incident reports.
• Communicates financial goals to staff and aligns daily activities.
• Promotes safety culture and health, safety and environmental policies.
