Job summary

MAPEI Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team in Houston. You will organize workflows, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

The role requires supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong computer skills, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Excellent communication is essential; shift options include day, evening, and night.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize resources to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Supervise production team and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Provide on-the-job training and enforce safety regulations.
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized limits.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on quality, regulatory, and reporting standards.
• Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations.
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
