MAPEI Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. Organize resources, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

We offer a competitive base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus a biweekly shift differential of $192 (about $5,000 annually) for 2nd or 3rd shift, excellent benefits, and 401(k) matching.

Competenze

• Must be mechanically inclined and have experience in manufacturing or process environments.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at minimum, HS diploma or GED.

Position Specific Details

• You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
• If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.

Qualifications

• You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
• Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.
• At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
• You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
• Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
