Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring schedules and quality targets are met. You will oversee safety, training, and adherence to procedures while driving continuous improvements and cost controls.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with at least one year of supervisory experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing or process experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma or GED acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and strong communication skills.
• Lift up to 55 lbs independently; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Position Specific Details

• You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
• If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.

Qualifications

• You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
• Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.
• At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
• You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
• Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
