MAPEI Corporation is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in Kentucky. The role focuses on organizing resources, ensuring safe and efficient production, and training staff.

You will work to meet schedules, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with QA/regulatory groups to maintain quality. The job offers a base salary between $75,000 and $85,000, plus a biweekly shift differential on 2nd/3rd shifts, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, 401K matching,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs. and 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.

Position Specific Details

• You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
• If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.

Qualifications

• You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
• Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.
• At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
• You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
• Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
