Job summary

Ocean Spray is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead on-site manufacturing teams in our Kenosha plant. The role focuses on coaching team members, driving continuous improvement projects, and delivering safe, efficient production aligned with FSQA standards.

You will plan, schedule, and manage personnel workflows, coordinate with departments, and monitor costs while promoting positive labor relations and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations, processes and machinery.
• At least 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or University degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to achieve plant-specific objectives.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Develop flexible production plans and monitor progress.
• Maintain safe and compliant work environment and positive employee relations.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and performance reviews.
