Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing staff and ensure production objectives are met. You will communicate expectations, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills. You’ll manage safety, training, and performance while supporting daily production plans and shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills including training, facilitation, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead production staff to meet manufacturing objectives and resolve issues to achieve production plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; provide opportunities for career growth.
• Develop work plans and adhere to FSQA initiatives; perform administrative actions as required.
• Maintain safe, compliant work environment and monitor control points and equipment.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and provide input during project planning.
• Communicate job expectations and manage shift progress; complete production summaries.
