Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• At least 3 years of experience in plant maintenance/engineering.
• Ability to lead and coach technicians and stockroom staff.
• Experience with OSHA, GMP, SQF safety standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and resources across engineering support functions.
• Support execution of engineering and maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely parts availability.
• Collaborate with maintenance, controls, and other plant functions to improve reliability.
• Support capital project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
