Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Plant Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering technicians and stockroom staff within our facility. You will coordinate maintenance and engineering projects, ensure timely parts availability, and drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes coaching, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support production and safety goals at the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant maintenance/engineering supervision.
• Experience coordinating maintenance projects and ensuring parts availability.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of engineering technicians and stockroom staff.
• Coordinate work priorities and resources for maintenance and projects.
• Support equipment reliability, improvements, and process optimization.
• Ensure safety and food-safety compliance in all activities.
• Collaborate with maintenance, controls, and production teams to meet plant needs.
