Job summary

Ocean Spray Cranberries, Inc. is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team at our Kenosha, WI plant. The role focuses on coaching employees, coordinating cross-team activities, and developing production plans to meet daily goals while upholding FSQA standards.

You will drive continuous improvement projects, mentor team members, and oversee administrative tasks such as payroll and performance reviews. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing/production environment is expected
• Strong communication and leadership skills required
• Ability to coach and train team members
• Proficiency with MS Office and plant systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach production team to meet plant objectives
• Develop flexible production plans and manage personnel workflow
• Drive continuous improvement projects across departments
• Schedule and assign personnel; monitor progress and report results
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and enforce policies
• Manage budgets, attendance, payroll, and performance reviews
• Coordinate with packaging, maintenance, materials handling, and processing teams
