Job summary

Ocean Spray is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team in our Wisconsin plant. You will train and coach team members, drive continuous improvement projects, and ensure production plans are executed safely and efficiently.

You will manage personnel workflows, monitor process control points, and collaborate across departments to achieve daily production targets while upholding FSQA standards and company values.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of operations, processes and machinery is required.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to train and coach teams.

Responsibilities
