Job summary

Ocean Spray seeks a Plant Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators in supporting plant maintenance and engineering activities. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, resource coordination, and timely parts availability to meet production needs.

You will drive equipment reliability, participate in continuous improvement, and coordinate cross-functional efforts across maintenance, controls, and operations to ensure safety and plant performance.

• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and day-to-day direction for engineering technicians and stockroom coordinators.
• Coordinate work assignments, priorities, and resources to meet maintenance and production needs.
• Support engineering and maintenance projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials, and maintain inventory.
• Collaborate with maintenance, controls, and plant functions to support equipment reliability and automation initiatives.
• Assist in capital project execution and track deliverables.
