Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of production planning, safety, and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adjust flexible production plans and schedules.
• Train, develop, and appraise team members.
• Monitor process efficiency, safety, and quality compliance.
