Job summary

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and team morale while managing CCP verification and production schedules on the floor.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years in a supervisory role, with preference for Tyson experience and HACCP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role; Tyson experience preferred.
• Familiarity with processing floor operation is a plus; HACCP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train supervisors in production-related areas.
• Oversee production operations and ensure schedules and CCP verification.
• Monitor safety, quality, and workers' compensation metrics.
• Lead problem-solving and special projects; drive turnover reduction and morale.
