Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred; poultry processing preferred.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules to fulfill orders on time.
• Ensure production positions are staffed before line start-up.
• Monitor equipment to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Maintain USDA and company inspection compliance for workstations.
• Lead, coach, and develop Team Members; provide performance feedback.
• Partner with other supervisors to resolve operational challenges.
