Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking a HACCP / FSQA Micro Technician Lead in Cincinnati to supervise HACCP control points, perform inspections, and maintain documentation ensuring food safety compliance.

You will lead teams, verify records, and drive preventive measures in a fast-paced facility. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year FSQA/HACCP experience, and HACCP certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for daily audits and data entry.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assign work areas to HACCP techs.
• Monitor HACCP control points and verify data daily.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections across departments.
• Complete documentation and report noncompliance with preventive measures.
• Audit SSOP and GMPs and enforce GMP policies.
• Monitor the pest control program.
• Enter HACCP/SSOP data into the computer system.
• Assist investigations of foreign material findings.
• Provide emergency support as needed.
• Calibrate thermometers.
• Inform supervisor of mechanical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
