Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a seasoned supervisor to direct and train production supervisors on the floor, paperwork, yields, and attendance, while driving safety and quality initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in supervision, with preference for familiarity with processing floors and HACCP knowledge. Relocation assistance and benefit options are available. You will report to the Production Operations leadership and help improve team morale and performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Familiarity with processing floor operations; HACCP knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train supervisors across production, paperwork, yields, time and attendance, safety, and morale.
• Oversee production schedules, CCP verification, and quality safety initiatives.
• Lead problem solving and special projects to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and contribute to safety culture.
