Dayzim in Middletown, IA, is seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead and optimize production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. You will assign operators to schedules, oversee inert material handling, blending, pelleting, and assembly, and drive continuous improvement under ISO Quality Systems.

You will train staff on hazardous waste handling, uphold safety regulations, and foster teamwork and discipline while maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree (AA) or higher preferred.
• 2+ years related experience required.
• Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or current passport.

Responsibilities

• Assign production operators to align with schedules.
• Direct processes including preparation, screening, blending, pelleting, and assembly.
• Monitor production quality and proper use of tools and materials.
• Provide safety training, especially hazardous waste handling and safety regulations.
• Establish positive morale and maintain discipline; coordinate with senior management as needed.
• Promote housekeeping standards across production areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of processes, equipment, and materials for informed decisions.
