Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Production Supervisor for full-time 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings in Cedar Falls, IA. You will supervise manufacturing staff, organize workflow, and act as a safety coordinator and trainer to ensure high performance and quality across shifts.

You will lead by example, monitor performance, and drive cost-effective improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of Supervisory experience
• Ability to lead and generate results through others
• Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign personnel to complete production plan.
• Coach and appraise staff; enforce policies and procedures.
• Orient and train employees; develop personal growth opportunities.
• Monitor workflow; set processing variables; ensure equipment readiness.
• Spend 50% of time on direct labor in area of responsibility.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure a safe work environment.
