Job summary

You’ll conduct daily safety checks, lead line meetings, and coordinate equipment setup while pursuing continuous improvement and cost control in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading trainings, coaching, or mentoring staff.
• Strong written and oral communication; solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends in a fast-paced setting.
• Travel up to 5% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 2nd shift production, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of hourly staff.
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, and downtime; drive improvements.
• Direct daily line meetings and floor walkthroughs for alignment.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives.
