Responsibilities include coordinating daily production plans with management, developing staff, delivering feedback, and advancing continuous improvement while ensuring policies and budget adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of production employees on a 2nd shift to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.

• Provide timely performance feedback and hold team members accountable for results.
• Promote continuous improvement through staff engagement and idea sharing.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Support daily operations, including overtime as required by production needs.
