Responsibilities

• Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; establishing priorities; monitoring schedules.
• Communicate job expectations; coach and discipline as needed; ensure policy compliance.
• Hire and train staff; support personal growth and development.
• Monitor process steps; adjust variables; oversee equipment and resources.
• Spend 50% of time in direct labor within the area of responsibility.
• Identify safety hazards and promote health and safety practices.
• Act as the quality inspector to maintain service standards.
• Ensure materials are available for production teams to operate.
• Encourage and train team members to improve performance.
• Provide production data and performance reports for management.
• Maintain safe, clean working environment and enforce procedures.
