Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities in the Top Cap Team. You will set production schedules, coordinate with cross-functional groups, and drive KPI performance to ensure quality and cost targets.

Ideal candidates have high-volume manufacturing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High volume manufacturing experience strongly desired.
• Lean and 5S experience beneficial.
• Excellent problem solving and people skills.
• Must have working-level English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in the Panasonic production process.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and KPIs are met.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other supervisors.
• Provide regular performance feedback and complete reviews.
