You will evaluate performance, drive safety and quality metrics, and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. This role emphasizes collaboration across functions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in related field preferred.
• Understand FDA regulations for medical device manufacturing, GMPs, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing tools preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience managing and leading a team with ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Directs day-to-day production activities and schedules; sets priorities to meet tasks.

• Maintains 6S standards and safety programs within the area.
