Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or related experience, plus 2+ years in manufacturing. Candidates should understand FDA GMPs, Lean/ Six Sigma tools, and be adept with Microsoft Office; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years' related experience preferred.
• Understanding of FDA regulations for medical device manufacturing, GMPs, Six Sigma, and Lean tools.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading a team and coaching others.
• Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day production activities and schedules.
• Coordinates and prioritizes tasks to meet production goals.
• Mentors team members and maintains 6S standards and safety programs.
• Ensures safety, quality, and productivity metrics are met.
• Prepares accurate attendance and PTO records and evaluations.
• Participates in special projects and process improvements.
