You will directly supervise production associates and line leaders, ensuring daily schedules are executed safely and efficiently while meeting customer and quality requirements. Collaboration with Project Management, Quality, Shipping and Maintenance is essential to consistently achieve targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years experience in food manufacturing/production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP/SQF).
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills across departments.
• Ability to lead multi-shift teams and manage labor effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate production associates and line leaders.
• Lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives and monitor daily performance.
• Run daily startup meetings; align with Operations Manager on priorities.
• Balance staffing to maximize throughput and meet customer requirements.
• Identify and resolve production issues; communicate status to leadership.
• Collaborate with Quality, Shipping, Maintenance, and Project Management.
