Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Production Operations to oversee multiple production lines within a facility. You will manage daily operations, optimize staffing, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role involves coordinating schedules, leading improvement projects, and coaching teams across shifts. The position emphasizes lean manufacturing, CAPA, and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Power BI and PRMS or similar systems are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, including line balancing.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources and staff to meet or exceed production schedules.
• Approve vacations, timecards, payroll, performance reviews, and people management.
• Develop direct reports in technical and people-management skills.
• Lead process-improvement projects and identify opportunities from reports and feedback.
• Provide leadership and performance evaluation for production teams.
