Job summary

Primary Staffing Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead on the manufacturing floor, ensuring product quality, safety, and strong team performance.

You will oversee daily production activities, coordinate schedules, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with other departments to meet goals while maintaining a safe, efficient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and GMP.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
