Job summary

Amick Farms in Maryland is seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure smooth operation of the department, optimize line speeds and rotations, and coordinate staffing with HR. Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of protein manufacturing processes and USDA guidelines.
• Ability to lead and train staff on HACCP and OSHA guidelines.
• Strong data collection and production reporting skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Creole preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure routine operation by evaluating efficiencies and line speeds.
• Coordinate with QA to maintain product quality.
• Work with HR on hiring and attendance issues.
• Monitor timecards daily in Kronos Timekeeper.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations.
