New Weds Foods is seeking a supervisor to oversee production line operations and staff on-site in the United States. The role ensures adherence to policies, processes, and safety standards while coordinating with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.

You will schedule personnel, lead meetings, implement scanning and safety programs, monitor GMPs, and support audits. Strong English, communication, and operational expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency with common software.
• Expertise in production operations and quality principles.
• Prior supervisory experience or coursework.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel to meet production requirements.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings.
• Maintain a safe work environment and health & safety compliance.
• Train staff on scanning systems and procedures.
• Monitor HACCP, GMPs and housekeeping.
• Record hours and production data; assist in inventory.
• Troubleshoot blending, batching and packaging processes.
