Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or operations experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or food-processing environment.
• Experience in USDA- or FDA-regulated food manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; excellent communication.
• Ability to lead and motivate in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of production equipment, processes, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead hourly production employees, including assigning daily tasks, monitoring performance, coaching, and addressing issues.
• Review production orders and specifications and allocate resources to meet production requirements.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Establish and adjust work procedures, priorities, and staffing levels to meet changing demands.
• Monitor production to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
• Inspect products, packaging, equipment, and processes for compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Enforce workplace safety, food safety, sanitation, and procedures per standards.
• Conduct routine safety inspections, identify hazards, and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate issues and work with management on effective resolutions.
