Job summary

Field Fresh Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time manufacturing aligned with our quality and food safety standards.

This hands-on role supervises production staff, monitors workflow, drives goals, controls labor and waste, and ensures policy compliance. Collaboration with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Sanitation is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities and supervise production employees.
• Ensure schedules are completed safely, efficiently, accurately and on time.
• Monitor labor, productivity, waste, and KPIs to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and other teams.
