Job summary

Foremost Farms USA Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production floor, mentor associates, and ensure an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency.

You will drive engagement and coach teams toward operational excellence on the shift. The role requires weekend and holiday availability and regular presence in the plant, with responsibility for safety, quality, paperwork, and coordinating across shifts to support continuous improvement and regulatory

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor production associates, delegate work, prioritize duties, and schedule employees.
• Evaluate processes and methods to improve equipment performance and product quality.
• Address and resolve inquiries and problems regarding production, quality, and work issues.
• Maintain quality standards and procedures including GMP, sanitation, and safety.
• Oversee production paperwork and records such as inventories and sanitation reports.
