Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Production Supervisor CEM at the Holly Hill Cement Plant in SC. You will support and maintain the plant safety program, lead a team of operators and technicians, and ensure adherence to quality and environmental standards.

Your day-to-day includes monitoring control systems, coordinating with the lab, and implementing cost-conscious improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in manufacturing operations, with proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a manufacturing related field.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing operation experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continual observation of operation of all processes via control system recordings and visual checks.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and work closely with lab technicians.
• Ensure ISO quality and environmental standards are met.
• Review laboratory test results on clinker and cement to assure consistent, quality production.
• Take corrective action and report production issues with recommended solutions.
• Inspect and evaluate operating equipment to maintain production requirements.
• Use SAP to issue work orders, material requisitions and time entry.
