Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor at the Ada Cement Plant in Oklahoma to support and maintain the plant safety program and oversee day-to-day operations.

You will supervise process and hourly staff, coordinate with lab and quality teams, and ensure ISO quality and environmental standards are met while using SAP for work orders and reporting. The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in aggregate manufacturing or related industry.
• Field of Study Preferred: Manufacturing Industry related field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation of processes via control system and visual observation.
• Supervise process and hourly employees and coordinate with lab technicians.
• Ensure ISO quality and environmental standards are met.
• Review laboratory results to ensure clinker and cement quality.
• Use SAP to issue work orders and time entry; manage costs per budget.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in all areas.
• Work rotating shifts and adhere to PPE and safety policies.
