Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Plant Production Supervisor for its Portland Cement Plant in CO. You will lead 12 direct reports at night and 9 during the day, rotating 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑week on/off schedule.

You will maintain the safety program, supervise operations, and ensure quality and ISO compliance while optimizing costs and coordinating with quality control and lab teams. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in manufacturing operations, supervisory experience, and proficiency with Excel,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing operation.
• Knowledge of processing methods and appropriate planning techniques.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Production Manager and supervise plant staff.
• Maintain safety program and ensure safety requirements are observed.
• Coordinate with lab and quality control; ensure ISO standards.
• Operate SAP to issue work orders and track material usage.
