Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and proficiency with MS Office, with collaboration across supply chain, quality, and shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership position.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and front-line hourly associates; ensure a safe work environment, set expectations, coach/train, ensure accountability.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work; drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
• Maintain production schedule to meet quality and productivity requirements; manage material inventory.
• Collaborate with supply chain, quality, shipping to meet targets; respond to operational issues impacting customers.
• Capture and analyze productivity data; determine causes of high/low productivity; maintain ADP timekeeping.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies; build team morale and address staffing needs.
