Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; leadership experience preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required or preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team leaders and front-line hourly production team members; ensure a safe work environment, define expectations, provide resources, coach/teach/train associates, ensure accountability, and provide feedback.
• Develop, implement, and audit daily standard work.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production schedule, meeting quality and productivity requirements.
• Maintain inventory control for raw materials; partner with supply chain and other departments to meet targets safely and on time.
