Dover Corp is seeking a Supervisor, Production for the 3rd shift at our South Chesterfield, VA site. You will lead team leads and hourly production staff to meet safety, quality, and output targets while coaching and developing the team.

Responsibilities include developing daily standard work, driving continuous improvement, maintaining the production schedule, and collaborating with other departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
