Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Springdale, AR. The role oversees line staff, supports the Maintenance and Operations team, and focuses on safety, quality, and cost control across production processes.

The position reports to the Production Manager and involves shift work (Sunday–Tuesday, 6pm–6am). A strong background in manufacturing and problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of line employees.
• Provide leadership and guidance to production staff; ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Manage work area to maintain food safety and quality; support audit compliance.
• Define project priorities and supervise performance and training.
• Coordinate with maintenance to optimize production lines and reliability.
