Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Lead, Production I for the 2A shift in Springdale, AR. The role supports line operators, balances the line, troubleshoots equipment, and ensures product quality and safety compliance on a fast-paced juice production line.

The Lead will coordinate breaks, assist with changeovers, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting maintenance and line performance. Commitment to food safety and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of production experience operating equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Balance the production line and assist operators on the line.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support maintenance during downtime.
• Perform product quality checks including sensory and CCP monitoring.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches and assist with changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure safe practices.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to managers.
