Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the work of line employees.
• Maintain food safety and quality, and support audit compliance.
• Lead process improvements and PDCA lifecycle from problem to countermeasure.
• Provide training and development for production staff.
• Manage scheduling, staffing and team performance.
