Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. in Springdale, AR is seeking a Production Lead to support line operators, balance the line, troubleshoot equipment, perform quality checks, and help maintain food safety and regulatory compliance.

You will cover a 2A shift (Sun–Tue 6pm–6am; Wed 6pm–12am) and provide training, coaching, and supervision on the line. Requirements include 3–5 years of production experience and a high school diploma. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of production experience operating equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong time management and reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean work area and ensure safety standards.
• Assist line operators, balance line, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform quality checks and monitor CCP/sensorial requirements.
• Coordinate breaks and support line during downtime.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and waste reduction.
