Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Lead, Production I for the 2A shift in Springdale, AR. The role supports line operators, balances the line, troubleshoots equipment, and ensures product quality and safety standards are met.

You will work in a fast-paced beverage production environment with emphasis on food safety and timely changeovers. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of production experience, strong communication, and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of production experience operating equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry (preferred).
• Manufacturing or production experience (preferred).
• Ability to direct, coach and train others.
• Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area; assist line operators with spills and debris.
• Assist line operators and balance workload to keep line productive.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support maintenance during downtime.
• Assist with package changeovers on all equipment; adjust rails and parts.
• Coordinate breaks and lunches; fill in as operator when needed.
• Maintain line balance to minimize waste and ensure productivity.
• Perform sensory checks and monitor CCP requirements for product quality.
• Verify correct labeling, coding and use of crates/trays; ensure correct bottle and cap usage.
• Coordinate with forklift operator on bottle usage at the filler.
• Ensure floors are clean and free of juice spillages; protect safety.
