Job summary

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires strong leadership and problem-solving in a busy manufacturing setting. Responsibilities include prioritizing work, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement through PDCA cycles, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with maintenance for optimal line

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience using a PC and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production line employees to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations for efficient line performance.
• Oversee adherence to food safety/quality and audit compliance.
• Set priorities, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and communicate procedures to support production strategies.
• Mentor new hires and support operator training.
