Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to lead a maintenance team at the Springdale location. This role focuses on equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and driving continuous improvement to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has extensive supervisory experience, strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to plan and optimize maintenance activities. A comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct supervisory/leadership experience with team development
• Demonstrated ability in managing and coordinating maintenance activities in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems and PLC concepts
• Familiar with CMMS software and standard maintenance practices
• Must be able to travel up to 5% and work varied hours incl. weekends

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance team to meet downtime and production goals
• Plan and prioritize work orders and coordinate with QA/Production managers
• Provide hands-on technical guidance for electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Maintain and audit the preventive maintenance program and parts inventory
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance operations
