• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

We're seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in Cincinnati, OH. We currently have two openings available - one at our Kemper facility and one at our Northland Blvd. facility. This hands-on role is ideal for a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and driving results in a fast-paced food production environment.

What You'll Do

As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead approximately 25 + production employees while ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality operations.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• Manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing production teams
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Food, beverage, bakery, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, OSHA regulations, and food safety programs
• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
