Job summary

Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Line Lead for the 1st shift to keep production moving, coach a team, and drive improvements on the floor.

You will lead, train, and support operators, ensure safety and quality, manage downtime, and coordinate with supervisors to meet daily goals. Competitive pay and benefits are offered as part of a growing food manufacturer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, teamwork, basic math, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read production documents, follow specifications, and work overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, staffing needs, changeovers, and shift transitions.

Job Opportunity: 1st Shift - Production Line Lead with Ditsch USA in Cincinnati, OH

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday - Thursday, Fridays as needed.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Food production experience is helpful, but strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are most important.

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous lead, leadership, or supervisory experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
