Production Supervisor, 2nd Shift

Scope Of The Job

Manage daily/weekly repair plans, organize and control tasks for entrusted assembly/decon lines according to customer requests. Responsible for the outcome of assembly/decon lines (productivity, volume, efficiency) while adhering to safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct safety observations, ensure safety principles are followed, manage risk assessments, and report incidents within 24 hours.
• Manage safety drills and introduce weekly safety topics.
• Check available equipment daily.
• Manage absenteeism and overtime.
• Ensure PPE compliance per procedures.
• Update ITP documentation, lead audits, and implement actions based on RCE audits.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Manage calibration of tools.
• Participate in 6S principles, support process improvements, and manage KAIZENs.
• Publish daily SIMS reports.
• Coordinate daily plans with planners, oversee repair orders, and meet delivery targets.
• Plan manpower based on forecasts.
• Lead daily team meetings and participate in SIM 3 meetings.
• Coordinate team flexibility, manage leave and overtime, and support team development and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate SAP data.
• Obey VTPS standards.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

• Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electro/mechanical systems, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and circuit diagrams, knowledge of electrical/mechanical equipment used in vacuum applications.
• Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of VTPS and ability to lead meetings.
• Proactive problem-solving skills using VTPS tools.
• Timely and standard-compliant production.
• Good English skills.
• Proficiency in Windows software.
